And it's one of the very few restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal without having to listen to somebody else's soundtrack. That's right: NO piped in music! Not everyone's cup of tea, but quite a refreshing change. And the food is excellent, of course.

Only place in town to get Udon soup. (If I'm wrong, please tell me who else is making it in soup form!) A little pricy, but well worth it. Their sushi is top flight as well.

There's a farmer's market every Wednesday. The Black Dog Café and the American Legion Hall are at the north end, and food-truck events happen once or twice a week on the west end.

Beautiful trails and historic mounds, one of which you can climb to the top. Educational and fun! The trail is fairly easy, recently improved.

The hiking/biking trail is extensive; over 500 acres and 17 miles of trails. The trailhead on Fleischmann Road is just a few minutes drive from my house.
