Dine in Recipes -Shrimp Fry, Crab Cakes, stuffed Flounder
Shrimp Fry - fresh shrimp, peel and devein or buy them already cleaned, dip in breading and fry in batches. Then toss with a variety of sauces, go to Food Lion- they have great options-buffalo, teriyaki, or sweet chili sauce.
Crab cakes - mix together 1 lb of fresh crab meet, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp worchestire sauce, 1 tsp old bay seasoning, 1 egg and 3 tsps of flour. Form into patties and fry in some oil over medium heat.
Stuffed flounder - use the crab cake filler above and roll it inside some fresh skin side in- flounder filets, bake covered at 350 degrees.
