Buy groceries at "Bónus" or "Krónan"
Bónus is the cheapest and is located in Selfoss and in Vík and you can't find a Bónus store there between. Next best is Krónan, it has a larger selection than Bónus. Krónan is located in Selfoss and Hvolsvöllur.
