Great little grocer with excellent selection of tasty local produce, fresh, locally roasted coffee beans for the coffee machine, bakery and bottle shop with all the local Canberran wines. Also is a bakery and beautiful selection of cakes and treats to go with your coffee.

One of a few really good eats on the other side of the woden westfield shopping centre. Not that cheap, but the dumplings are superb!

Sightseeing
If you hike to the top of Mount Taylor you can see the entire Canberra surrounds, and the 5 peaks of the Brindabella mountains. Really nice walking tracks through the bush to the top, or around the base if you are feeling less enthusiastic. Mt Taylor can be accessed by walking to the end of Allwood street and walking up the greenway. Just keep walking and you will get there. Dogs on leash only in the reserve.
