Driving or a taxi/lyft/uber is the fastest way to get around
For Driving:
Parking is easy on the street (Private garage parking also available).
About 15-40 minutes drive to/from O'Hare airport(ORD) and downtown depending on traffic and time of day.
About 30 mins - 1hr drive to/from Midway Airport(MDW)
For Public Transit:
4-7 mins walk to bus 78, 80 & 82 that transfers to Blue line, Brown line & Red line stations
20 mins walk to Irving park & Addison blue line station
Total commute to Downtown and airport using public transit is Approximately 1 hr. Easier and faster if you have a car or take a taxi/lyft/uber.
