2 minutes walk from the flat, on Seaside, is a bus stop on the busiest bus route in town, into and out of town.
Seafront 99 buses go from town, past Asda ( and Sovereign Harbour) to Bexhill.
Sightseeing open top buses to Beachy Head go from The Pier.
