always check opening times first, a lot of places are only open seasonal (mostly mountain restaurants) or / and closed on Mondays. a few places take cash only (mostly mountain restaurants). mountain huts and restaurant are listed separatly, theses places are "normal" places easy reachable by walking, bicycle, car or public transport.

all the hikes we recommend here are marked with "yellow signs" that will guide you and show you the expected time to your destination. it's best to bring a map anyway (available in the studio); a good website is "outdoor active". always inform yourself first about transportation service- and restaurant opening times and be aware of the fast-changing weather; bring your water and snacks or food, pack the right and season-matching equipment, do not forget sunscreen and a sun hat, and do not overestimate yourself. always take your trash with you, and do not make fires! Do not hesitate to ask us for more information or help. IMPORTANT: there are a lot of places where there is no cellular connection, and sometimes there are not a lot of people on the hikes, do not hike alone or if so, do inform someone what your route will be and when you expect to be back: in case you are not they will call for an emergency. emergency number 144
