G Link light Rail stretches from Helensvale Station to Broadbeach. Hop on an off to easily visit different places on the GC. We have 4 stations at Southport - Broadwater Parklands, Southport South, Southport and Nerang Street.

Look up TransLink online to find public transport options to get from Point A to Point B. Includes travel from GG Airport and Brisbane Airport.

Try GG Taxis or Uber.

Hop on Hop off Ferry which commutes from Southport to Bundall with several stops along the way.

Pack light and airy summer clothes. Temperatures vary on average between 20 and 30 Celsius and is quite humid. Sun protection is a must. Pack Sunglasses, Hat and Sunscreen. And bring your Swimming Costume. Summer shorts, tops, skirts, dresses, trousers. And a pair of sandles or Thongs( Flip Flops) . And comfortable walking shoes . In Winter bring a jacket or Track Suit. But as the climate is mild, we still have lovely sunny and often warm days in winter which is Jun to Aug in our region.

Due to our mild winters on the Gold Coast, many people still wear summer clothing. But during the occasional cold snap, make sure you bring a Jumper or warm jacket and Jeans, track suit, or long pants. And comfortable shoes.

Due to Summer thunderstorms, it’s wise to carry a Disposable Rain Poncho, Rain Coat or Umbrella just in case. We can provide these itemson your request.

The Gold Coast boasts over 20 klms of white sandy beaches, beautful rivers, hinterland creeks and waterfalls. So bring your swimwear. Our resort also has Outdoor pools and Indoor Heated Pool & Spa. Variety of Water Sport activities including surfing, snorkling, scuba diving, inflatable water park, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skying, boating, etc. Get WET and have FUN.

Dress up in your smart casual attire to attend special events, visit Star Casino or head to the Horse Racing track, savour the entertainment at our Night Clubs and Shows. Please check individual venues for Dress Rules. But its nice to dress up a little, throw on the Bling, and feel special.
