A convent? Yes!! The best sweets and pastries in Seville are made by the nuns. There are lots throughout the city but we are lucky (or unlucky if you are on a diet) enough to have one of the best just around the corner from the flat. Make sure you try many different until you find your favourite one. The sweets are also a great souvenir to bring back home for friends and family.

The café is part of the University Cultural Centre but the customers are from all ages and the advantage is that you might bump into an exposition, a dance exhibition or some sort of interesting event.

Even though this bar is quite busy with tourists, locals also come here as the tapas are out of the ordinary and not the usual ones you will find in most bars in Seville. One of the best things about the bar is that it is just two steps away from the apartment!

A must in Seville. This is my favourite restaurant as everything they offer is cooked to perfection. You can expect a change from the usual tapas here but be aware you need to book a table as the place is tiny and very popular.

La Carbonería is the most famous flamenco place in Seville. It is a good idea to visit it in the evenings as there is always something worth seeing going on. It is round the corner from the flat so, you have no excuse to visit it!
