Classic Central Park location. From here you can rent a row boat and / or view the pond. Walk south to Sheep's Meadow and have a picnic, and view the Midtown skyline. Strawberry Fields is also close by.

There is a circular trail / track - around the reservoir - which is a great way to jog in Central park without having to worry about navigating your way or getting lost :)
The easiest place to enter from the apt - is to enter the park at the W 90th street entrance, and walk directly east toward the track.
You'll enjoy views of the Midtown skyline, on the north side of the track, and both the UWS and UES.

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir
There is a circular trail / track - around the reservoir - which is a great way to jog in Central park without having to worry about navigating your way or getting lost :)
The easiest place to enter from the apt - is to enter the park at the W 90th street entrance, and walk directly east toward the track.
You'll enjoy views of the Midtown skyline, on the north side of the track, and both the UWS and UES.
Great for jogging or biking with views of the Hudson river. Trail runs along the west side of Manhattan. You can enter at multiple places along the way, however 79th or 89th / 91st streets are the closest.
