One of the busier breakfast/lunch locations in the area... and for good reason! The food is always great and well priced. The clientele is pretty much an even mix of locals and NYC people.

If you are an experienced hiker, you probably already know about this. It isn't easy and should really only be tackled by people with the proper gear/experience.

This is an amazing hiking location. Unless you're very experienced, do not attempt the southern entrance to this hike. If you look this up on Google it will talk about a northern entrance point and that is the one you should with. (Unless you feel comfortable bushwhacking and scrambling up rocky walls)

Kaaterskill High Peak
This is an amazing hiking location. Unless you're very experienced, do not attempt the southern entrance to this hike. Take Platte Clove road up from West Saugerties. It is only open from April 15th through early Nov due to it being dangerous with snow on the ground. This is a scenic drive with great hiking spots just off the road.
