Tip: Right at the place there is a big Book Store called "Hugendubel". Go in and to the top floor, nice cafe there and great view over the place!!

Go to the tower of the church, pay 1 Euro and walk up 150steps and enjoy one of the best views over the city. You can clearly see the alps from there if the weather is good.

Probably the best and most authentic not touristy traditional restaurant in Munich. A must if you want to try bavarian specialties. Make a reservation! Try the Bauernschmaus platter for two! ;-)
