Food Scene
Traditional Andalusian restaurants are usually best. (When in Spain do as the Spaniards) Spaniards eat late. Lunch after 14(2 p.m) and dinner after 21 (9 p.m.) That means more availability earlier. Some are closed 16-19. Middle age men serving is usually a good sign.
Plenty of decent restaurants serving international food at Elviria. More and more they are gathered around the shopping center next to the Elviria road exit. Hard to recommend one particular, as it depends on your preferences and some come and go. We did put one on the recommendation list-Pizza Trattoria. Very popular. When you find your own favourites please let us know so we can put it on the list for other guest to enjoy.

There are plenty of other beach restaurants that serves great seafood and traditional Andalusian dishes For instance Beach Club and Perla Blanca that are good, but a bit pricy. Merendero Christina is not so elegant but serves great food. A long beach walk, but you can also park right in front of it.

Local eatery and butcher. It is not a super fancy place, Far from it. If you didnt know, you would walk right past it. However, the homemade food is simple yet delicious, the prices are low and it is only a two minute stroll away. Right next to it you will find Fandago Bistro, owned by Benito. His is wife will be in the kitchen cooking the same homemade food that she has done for ages. (everybody loves this sweet couple)
That is a couple of options for near by simple dining options.
