There is a fish ladder that was recently refurbished. I love to go there to see the beautiful Sunsets. You can bike or stroll along The Trolley Trail. If you take the trail south through the river side neighborhood, you can walk across to Elk Island (when the water level is low) Folks can take a picnic lunch to the natural beach or hang out at the top..
