I'd go here for brunch and get the chicken and waffles or the fat stack and order a latte. This place is right down the street less than 5 minutes walking distance on Melrose.

One of THE MOST classic places in all of LA and right in the heart of Fairfax area. It's actually the whole heart of Fairfax. Amazing food, cheat food, very affordable. Just GO!

JUST GO! The most trendy of low key burger joints in the city. They even have this thing called ketchup leather. Very tasty. A little bit more expensive than the casual burger place but Plan Check has a certain glow to it that makes it a hot spot!

Amazing Food! The owner recommendations in the menu at 1st seem a little pretentious but SHE'S RIGHT! The food is amazing. Get the crunchy french toast to share for sure. If you need good brunch go here. The wait time for a table is like 30 min or less and that's pretty good for LA brunch on the weekend. The Griddle is 2 hours. Larhcmont Bungalow is 45 mins. BLD is about 35 mins.

The Avocado Toast is great a little expensive but it's a good hearty dish. The pancakes are decent and it's 4 blocks walking distance.
I go here a lot and it's very nice. Get anything the food is good. Don't order the Red Velvet cake. It looks good, but it's not great. Everything else though is SUPER on point! Beautiful cafe to sit and chill!

Great dark vibe! It's mostly Italian American Food and the drinks are SO good. Make a reservation before you go as it fills up quickly and they never have a table BUT I've always sat at the bar anyway so you can do that too.

This place is very nice for coffee! I do a lot of meetings here and I think the coffee is decent. The location really works for people who like clean lines and open space!

This place is AWESOME! I'm a Louisiana native so this place is like heaven to me as it is themed around the french quarter there. The drinks are awesome the prices are not outrageous. The nice things is a lot of great young bands perform here and the talent level is actually really great. I would go here every night if I could!

This trader Joe's is less crowded than the other one on S. Fairfax so I'd recommend this location as it has double parking lots and also just a better energy. You can buy groceries and essentials here!

This is my Target as it's the most convenient location. From Santa Monica turn onto Formosa and park in the underground lot. The 1st hour is free. I've never had to pay because you can get in and out really easily. Great Target if you need to get anything. I have extra towels and things but if you need to stock up on some personal stuff or extras go here!
