You won't be the only one there at 3:00 in the morning. Ahhh, the aroma as you walk in the door. Definitely order a pastrami or corned beef on rye bread. (Big enough to share with a friend) Add mustard, enjoy your dill pickle - I think I am hungry NOW. If you don't want to sit down, you can just grab some food at their bakery or the deli and take it with you. You can order online It is in its 3rd generation of the Canter family. Right across from the La Brea Tar Pits on Wilshire is one of my favorite museums. Small and easy to do in an hour with a cute little museum shop. Highly recommend!

Everyone brings a picnic basket (or you can buy food there) and relaxes under the trees or while watching a concert. The site of the Hollywood Bowl was chosen in 1919 for outdoor performances.
