We saw a lot of wildlife on our hike. Variety of birds, deer, rabbits, a snake (it was non poisonous but stay back nonetheless!) It's not a difficult walk. The end of the trail is the beautiful ocean.

Great for picnics, playing in the harbor, kayaking and hiking trails beyond the beach. Stunning scenery.

The rock is massive and it has a history. Look it up :) So many otter swimming around in the bay. Enjoy lunch on the bay!

Food Scene
Great sliders with potato wedges and dipping sauce. Food is fresh and yummy. I believe they were voted "best burger" in the area. Good beer if that's your thing.

Food is so so good! They are only open until 2:30. It's a tiny place that's sits on the Embarcadero.

Another small place but they have great seating on the patio and it's right on the waters edge so you have a great view of the bay. Great burgers, sandwiches, (I always get their eggs benedict....so good!) This is my "go to" place in Morro Bay for lunch.

Owner is from Italy. Fresh made pasta. A favorite of ours! Try the beet salad if that's your sort of thing. Guilty pleasure - try the fettucine alfredo. It's the best!
