If you've never been, you must go. Hyalite Canyon is the place for incredible access to the outdoors with trails galore and a beautiful reservoir: hiking, peak-bagging, fishing, floating, snowshoeing, rock and ice climbing, cross-country skiing, etc.
Cooper Park is our favorite park to relax with a cup of coffee and watch the dogs play leash free. It is centrally located and has a locals feel.
