In my husband's opinion, Perla's is one of the best places to get seafood in Austin. Its location is right on South Congress Ave (or "SoCo"), so it's great for people watching on a beautiful Texas night. After dinner, there are a ton of walkable places all around you, like maybe some Amy's IceCream!
