From Battery park ferry you can take a ferry going to the liberty State Park, where is the most amazing view of the Manhattan.
The park is great, there is one restaurant taht offers you good views, and also u can walk around and along the shore and towards the Liberty Statue.
Tickets cost $7 each way - worth it !
