Sea and pinewood rooms with hot and cold running water, WC, bathroom, long-distance telephone, excellent kitchen, fine wines, great terrace for tea and outdoor dance parties with superb views of the Apuan Alps. Dance halls. Music and concerts, tennis, billiards, garage, elevator, bus ”.
In 1925 the structure was enlarged and raised by two floors from the Florentine Ugo Giovannozzi. The man also designs the hotel sign in the corner of the building.
