Her early career was high lighted by winning the prestigious All Around Youth Title plus multiple class wins at the famed All American Quarter Horse Congress. Ruth continued her training in England with a certification from The British Horse Society.
Ballard Farms has an outstanding record breeding, training and selling great horses for over 26 years. AQHA Champion Stallion, Reynolds Rap empowered Ruth’s special band of broodmares to produce outstanding winning horses that made Reynolds Rap an AQHA Top Ten Leading Sire. It was a rare privilege to own such a star.

He has earned degrees in both Management & Accounting from the University of Maine, and is now working to complete his Masters degree in Education. Rich is a proud member of the Maine Wilderness Guides Organization, is fully certified in CPR & First Aid, and makes safety the number one priority on all of his trips.
