Fantastic, best-in-town, donuts. They have 3 different locations and this on in smack in the middle of the old port. Lines can be long so going early is recommended. My favorite flavors are the dark chocolate sea salt and sweet potato ginger.

Come to this historic park to see the famous Portland Headlight. Don't miss the old fort ruins. There are also swings and a playground for kids. The famous "Bite into Maine" lobster roll food truck is parked here during the summer. They recently started charging for parking.
