We love this place! Great for ages 3 & up! Excellent staff who provide demos before the tour. Tour is 1.5 hours! The longest cable is 2000+ feet long and the highest cable is 150’ above the forest floor. Beautiful views!

Buffalo Mountain Natural preserve is just a 10 minute drive away.Has a small parking area with a portable area for using the restroom that has al and been clean. There are two trail routes up that connect. The one that is slightly longer is easier to traverse and has the best views on the hike up. Great for early morning or just before sunset hikes. Beautiful 360 degree views at the top. You can also see pilot mountain in NC if looking south on a clear day. This hike is easy and short enough for kids.

I would not consider this a hike but once you’ve parked, it is a short low effort (fairly flat) walk to the look out spots and one path is paved. Gorgeous long mountain and valley views! This is off of Rte 58 just beside lover’s leap.

They also have a spot to grill and they supply the grilling utensils, plates and napkins and will shuttle your cooler down when your ready to grill at the end of one of you float trips. You can rent a tube to float your small cooler if you want to drink while floating. Just a little over an hour’s drive.
