The "Pier House" in Pier Village is a great restaurant with nightly live music set in Pier Village where you can walk around to different restaurants or clubs or just walk to Long Branch beach right there. It's right on the beach and has stunning ocean views.

I could've put this in the restaurant category but I consider it entertainment because they regularly have live bands-and, some of the best musicians too which is hard to do since there's no stage and no place to put the band except in the corner! (Nobody puts baby (or musicians)in the corner!...OK, thats 's old "Dirty Dancing" movie reference) But, they some how fit the musicians and their instruments and the crowd loves it! And, sometimes the crowd will sing a long). The restaurant itself sits right along the Navesink River in Rumson, and there is a marina just outside--during the day you have a great view from the bar.
