Cách đi lại

Uber is best

Take the stress out of travelling on Johannesburg roads and trying to find parking by rather using Uber for all outings. Traffic police & road blocks are common on weekends so never drink and drive if going out for the evening!
Những gì cần đóng gói

Sunscreen and comfy shoes

The African sun is brutal, never leave home without covering all exposed skin (yes, even in Winter!). Comfortable shoes are a must as you'll do a lot of walking while sight-seeing.
Cụm từ hữu ích

English is easy

Everyone speaks English so you'll have no problem getting around or asking for advice/help/directions from our very friendly locals.
Đi một mình

Avoid exposing Jewellery and Phones

Flashy jewellery and Cell Phones are a temptation to muggers so please don't wear your sparklies when going out on tours and walking around and don't stand around on a street with your phone in your hand. Pack it in a bag/pocket where it can't be seen (especially when waiting for an Uber - be conscious of who is around you).
Đi một mình

Never use an ATM on the street

Never withdraw money from a street ATM where people can see you. Rather go into the banks or shopping centres where there is more privacy.
