The Venetian statue in honor of General Sullenburg who helped the Corfu evict Turks in the siege of 1716 has today been moved in front of the arched entrance of the fortress to "Spiniada Square". From the arched entrance you enter the gallery leading to the center of the Acropolis, a corridor on the left leads to the north rampart of the fortress.
