The only problem is that there always is a line because the limited amount of seats around 18. Expect to wait a minimum of one hour before there is food in front of you.

My top pick for ramen in Vegas. Simple not overwhelmed with toppings. They use a primary chicken broth so it's not so heavy like the other spots. They make their own ramen in shop and have a clean atmosphere.

Best pho in town in my opinion. The pho is always consistently delicious. The satay pho is one of my wife's favorite with a bit of spice and lemongrass. Their vermacille is also very good here.

The best Chinese restaurant for locals. They offer live seafood at great prices and trendy Cantonese dishes. The Sui Chow is always good with rice. Try the fish balls in soup it is well worth it. When they have live king crab in season they make a delicious set course meal.

Typical Weather.
Vegas has low humidity. Tipically hot from May thru July. March, April, and September is usually the best climate at around 70°f. The rest of the year is mostly bone chilling cold around 50 in the morning and 20-30s at night like a freezer especially with wind. So in the colder months a pack wind resistant clothing.

Getting Around town.
A car is ideal for Vegas. So best bet is to get a Turo, or Uber/Lyft. There is not many pedestrians walking about except for downtown and the strip. Most of the streets in Vegas is like a grid. The major streets are usually a mile in between. If you ever get lost at night, just look up for the beam of light that is Luxor Casino and it is towards the end of the strip.

Vegas is a 24 hour town with no last calls at the bars. There is slot machines everywhere like gas stations and grocery stores. The legal age to gamble and drink is 21. Locals are for the most part pretty laid back. Tipping is part of the Las Vegas Culture usually at 18% minimum. The locals usually avoid the strip because of the prices. There are many neighborhood bars that offer happy hour at midnight.
