Avoid driving around 4pm-5pm
Lots of locals are getting off at work and people are driving in and out of the Town causing lots of Cars to be on the street. It can be annoying.

Avoid the 133(highway to Laguna) around 2pm and 4pm-5pm
This is when traffic hit speak and going to Laguna Beach or leaving Laguna Beach will give you an extra delay on your journey.

Walmart is the Lowest cost option Aside from Costco
For travelers on a budget, Walmart offers the lowest prices in Town. Ralph's may be closer, but Walmart is cheaper.
