Although Airbnb didn't link the actual restaurant, this is the address to Ciccio Cali which is an excellent and relatively low cost restaurant. They feature brunch on weekends but my favorite meal is the Hot and Crunchy bowl with warm udon noodles and seared ahi tuna!

Quick service, 11 minutes from the house, great area, amazing service and their hibachi, sushi (especially the Monster roll), and sashimi are all excellent at decent prices.

Prices are also great and they have a great selection of cooked foods as well including Wagyu beef for anyone looking for it. We absolutely love their Sashimi Premium sampler which has such fresh sashimi.

This is the address to Alafia River State Park which is my favorite local place to hike. They also have biking trails and equestrian riding as well as camping areas. Admission fee per vehicle is $2 and they close at Sunset.

Ever Changing Florida Weather
Due to our inconsistent weather, I suggest packing mostly shorts for the heat, but a pair of long pants for the occasional chilly night. We also like to keep our home very cool so I definitely suggest warm pajamas for sleeping, but extra blankets will be provided of course.

GDX Movie Theater
This movie theater has been my absolute favorite for years and I was beyond excited when we bought our new home and it happened to be less than a 2 minute drive to the theater! It's a clean, safe environment with great popcorn, the best watermelon lemonade slushie and has a kids combo for $5 that I like to get because I won't eat a whole tub of popcorn. The kids meal includes a tray with popcorn, a choice of a kids size drink which can include slushies at no extra charge and a pack of gummies.The theater also has a full service bar and restaurant attached called Features and they are excellent

Uber
Rental cars and Uber are by far the fastest way to get around as Tampa isn't much of a walking area. Public transportation via bus is also a good idea for cost effective alternatives but not the fastest way to get somewhere by any means. We live right off of the i75 exit so it is very easy to get pretty much anywhere.
