Here are some of our favorites close by to Cape Coral!

Great for relaxing and fishing, Blind Pass separates Sanibel Island from Captiva Island to the north. Ice cream is close by at Santiva General Store and a great selection of restaurants on Captiva from local fare to high end dining. Sight seeing, fishing excursion, shopping, art galleries are close by as well. Great place to spend a full day.

Blind Pass Beach
6491-6499 Sanibel Captiva RdGreat for relaxing and fishing, Blind Pass separates Sanibel Island from Captiva Island to the north. Ice cream is close by at Santiva General Store and a great selection of restaurants on Captiva from local fare to high end dining. Sight seeing, fishing excursion, shopping, art galleries are close by as well. Great place to spend a full day.
Located at the Eastern tip of Sanibel is Lighthouse Beach Park. Plenty of beach for great walks and shelling. Early morning shell hunting we have found to be excellent! (And when we say "Early Morning" we mean get to the beach before sunrise! Great local eateries nearby for breakfast. Shopping close by as well.

110 Periwinkle WayLocated at the Eastern tip of Sanibel is Lighthouse Beach Park. Plenty of beach for great walks and shelling. Early morning shell hunting we have found to be excellent! (And when we say "Early Morning" we mean get to the beach before sunrise! Great local eateries nearby for breakfast. Shopping close by as well.
Another great beach for shelling and relaxation! If other beach parking is full, Bowman's Beach will probably still have parking with their main and overflow parking areas. This is the longest area of beach both to the north and south so you can be sure to find a place to set up your beach chairs and sunbrella for the day! Great shower and restroom facilities located between parking and the beach. Enjoy!

1700 Bowmans Beach RdAnother great beach for shelling and relaxation! If other beach parking is full, Bowman's Beach will probably still have parking with their main and overflow parking areas. This is the longest area of beach both to the north and south so you can be sure to find a place to set up your beach chairs and sunbrella for the day! Great shower and restroom facilities located between parking and the beach. Enjoy!
Fort Myers Beach usually will have more peeps than the beaches on Sanibel - especially in "high-season" (mid-December to mid-April), but you have closer access to restaurants, parasailing, SUP/kayak rental, dolphin excursion & attractions etc. Early arrival is encouraged for parking. SPECIAL NOTE: You can also take a a day trip (or longer) to Key West, FL via the "Key West Express Ferry Boat" and enjoy a little "Margaritaville Magic" in the Keys!

Fort Myers Beach
Fort Myers Beach usually will have more peeps than the beaches on Sanibel - especially in "high-season" (mid-December to mid-April), but you have closer access to restaurants, parasailing, SUP/kayak rental, dolphin excursion & attractions etc. Early arrival is encouraged for parking. SPECIAL NOTE: You can also take a a day trip (or longer) to Key West, FL via the "Key West Express Ferry Boat" and enjoy a little "Margaritaville Magic" in the Keys!
Plan a day trip for the entire Boca Grande experience. Amazing beaches. Lighthouse and museum. Downtown restaurants and shopping. Banyan trees and other local floral and fauna! Well worth the 1-1/4 hour drive to get there! Low key, few tourists and expansive beaches.

Boca Grande
Plan a day trip for the entire Boca Grande experience. Amazing beaches. Lighthouse and museum. Downtown restaurants and shopping. Banyan trees and other local floral and fauna! Well worth the 1-1/4 hour drive to get there! Low key, few tourists and expansive beaches.

Where everything got started in Cape Coral, the Yacht Club area features a public beach, Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill, aquatic center, free parking, tennis courts, fishing pier and is open to the public.
