You are in luck! This small restaurant is only 1/2 block from our Airbnb. Asian food and service is friendly and professional. Reviewed highly 5*. Can't make a reservation, but you can get in line early! They serve a bunch buffet up to 3:00 PM. Prices are reasonable! Always a pleasure! We love this place.

One of our favorite special places! Make sure you have a reservation during weekends. Wonderful artistic interior decor with natural wood carvings. Try samplings of appetizers. Everything is delectable! A bit pricey, but well worth it!

This established restaurant has never disappointed us. Plenty of variety of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and other Asian culture dishes. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and quick. Usually, no reservation needed. Have take out service.

Shop Rite is difficult to spot at the intersection, but it's inside the mall on left side of South Oyster Bay Rd and Woodbury Rd. I usually make a left at light on South Oyster Ba Rd and a right at 2nd light into parking lot. Careful! Traffic Camera very active at intersection! Store has huge selection and food is always fresh! Once I board the train to Penn Station, all I need is to take #1 train uptown; get off at 66th Street; follow signs to Met Opera House via the tunnel and I am there! Wow!
This is a must for any tourist to get a flavor of NYC! Go early in the morning before the crowds! Don't forget to see Saint Patrick's Cathedral across the street on 5th Avenue. Go inside!
