Tingley Beach is a great place to do some day fishing and duck feeding within the city limits. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a lazy day. If you are more active there is a biking/walking trail around the "beach."

If you know ABQ you know that the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is held every October. It is a magical sight to see and if you get the chance Rainbow Ryders offers rides all year long. If you haven't taken a balloon ride I highly recommend it. You will not forget this experience.
