During the late medieval period, this castle helped protect the south-east coast of England from invasion. The Quills is the best place to go for a burger! It's open until 9pm as well, so if you fancy a slightly later meal then you're in luck! What's best is that the restaurant is located on Rochester High Street so it is easy to get to.

We have the necessities!
Just bring yourselves and a few sets of clothes! We provide washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning products, towels, bath mats, tea towels, cups, glasses, plates, bowls and some powder for the washing machine.
Make sure you bring a toothbrush, toothpaste and yourselves and you'll be fully set for your stay with us!

Buses and trains!
Medway has a number of train stations, all which have links to London and other Kent and Medway towns. Using the high speed services, you can be in London within an hour, and in other Kent and Medway towns within 30 minutes.
If you want to reach somewhere closer than another town, there are plenty of different bus routes located all over Medway, including quick links to Maidstone, Bluewater Shopping Centre and other Medway towns.
