Named 'Regents Court Shopping Centre', it is 0.5 miles (10 minutes walk) from the house in the centre of town. It provides a range of well known food brands for all ages from Nandos, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Cote, Las Iguanas and Turtle Bay, to smaller chains and independent coffee shops. It also has a few shops which again range from independent retailers to reputable brands such as 'Four Seasons'.

We have two M&S stores in Leamington, one inside the Royal Priors which is specifically for clothing, and this M&S foodhall which is on the Parade. High quality food.

Drinks & Nightlife
This local bar is very popular with ALL ages. It is a 4 minute walk directly straight down the street towards town. The quirky decor and great staff make the place what it is. It has 2 American pool tables and 1 English pool table which are separated from the main bar / food area. A DJ playing soul / R&B plays regularly on a Saturday night. We are very familiar with this venue and would highly recommend it.

The Clarendon Leamington Spa
44-46 Clarendon AveThis local bar is very popular with ALL ages. It is a 4 minute walk directly straight down the street towards town. The quirky decor and great staff make the place what it is. It provides exceptional food which is cooked by the owner to a high standard, resulting in it being very popular and therefore would need a reservation. However, it also provides a welcoming and warm environment to drink and socialize which you can just pop in for.

We know this restaurant very well due to our eldest daughter working as a waitress here, it is located at the bottom of the parade and is a popular and reputable restaurant within Leamington Spa. (unbiased)

This park is located directly in the centre of town. It has the NO.1 rating on Trip Advisor for things to do in Leamington Spa and we can understand why. It is just a short stroll from the Leamington's main shopping areas. The River Leam runs through the gardens and separates the lake, formal displays and parkland areas on the north side from the boating lake on the south side (Mill Gardens). In the summer months thousands of visitors rush to the gardens to enjoy the formal bedding displays, boating lake or simply to relax in the sunshine. They have received many awards in recognition of their historical and cultural importance.

There is also a train station nearby.We would recommend a full day trip to get the most out of what it has to offer or even to explore Warwick with its quaint shops and buildings. The Castle provides so much to do including attractions such as The Battlements, towers, turrets, awesome interiors and the Great Hall. Walk-through adventures and interactive activities including the new Horrible Histories Maze which is great fun for young children from first hand experience. The Dungeons are popular which takes 50 minutes to walk through and brings together live actors. The Castle Dungeon dates back to 1345.
