Portsmouth is an active port and there’s a naval base located here. There is quite a few places to shop and places to eat. The Naval Dockyard is worth a visit and I’d recommend the harbour tour.

There is a fair bit of shopping that can be done in Chichester as well as sightseeing. The harbour has some lovely walks and offers boat trips.
