Some of the best pies I have had! I constantly am travelling down to the Southern Highlands for work and this is a must try!
My personal favourite is the potato pie w/ cheese or the beef and curry pie, but all the options here have been highly recommended!

Some of the best fine dining in the area! Absolutely beautiful food and perfect for a boozy lunch, or a trip back home to Sydney to complete your trip!

The shop known as “The Unnamed Store” - this all you need shop is like walking back in time. It is located in Wingello and is the only shop in town. The food is fabulous and has real milk bar vibes. Highly recommended if you feel like doing a road trip for the day!

I love pies.... and this is another favourite. I have tried almost every single pie here. Just make sure to add peas, mash and gravy!!

The best chocolate / lollies / sugary treats you can find. I can not recommend this place enough. Just make sure you don’t walk in hungry otherwise you’ll leave with half the shop!

Antique Store
Grandpa’s Shed is full of wonderful little antiques and all kinds of wonderful and weird things to see. From large items for around the home to small little souvenirs, this shop has something for everyone. I love paying a visit when I am down here and I never know what I am going to find!

Clover Hill trail hike is apart of the Macquarie Pass National Park. We would recommend doubling up or making an entire day of doing both tracks as they are located next to one another. Make sure to bring lots of water and a snack! This place is extremely rural!

Another property that is close to my heart. A family friend runs the gardens for Retford Park and this property is the “crown jewel” of the National Trust.
If you love gardens, this is the place to be!
