Our neighborhood gem is the world-famous Knysna Waterfront with quaint shops, fun boat-based water activities and restaurants such as O ’Pescador, 34 South, Ocean Basket, Spur Steakhouse and Drydock with its magnificent sunset views over the water serving delicious fare. Perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood, a good wine or craft beer and great conversation just compliments the incredible sunsets.
Closer to The Gallery where our Asilia Suites are based, you will find exclusive boutiques, décor stores, gift and curio shops, a great hairdresser and nail bar and more restaurants like the Anchorage, Café du Bois, Chatters Bistro, the Grain Mill and Caffe Mario’s

Four seasons in one day
Knysna can be quite hot and humid in summer and also known for having "four seasons in one day". In winter the day can start off wet and cold and by lunchtime the sun is out and it is warm so always bring something warm for evenings and cool for day wear
