Can be a bit eerie, but a huge park (that nobody goes to) with long hiking trails that connect up to Twin Peaks and all the way down to Glen Park Canyon. Beautiful eucalyptus forest, mostly.

Absolutely worth checking out. An incredible museum with a living roof, rainforest, aquarium, and planetarium. I love this place!

Great art museum and gorgeous architecturally as well. Fun fact: you can go up in the viewing tower free of charge and look out over all of Golden Gate Park (on a clear day).
