We love Mount Lemmon so much that we got married there! It's a little over an hour from our house to the very top. We love Mount Lemmon so much that we got married there! It's a little over an hour from our house to the very top. On average about 30 degrees cooler than Tucson, so it's a great way to escape the heat in the summer months. If you love to learn about the science of the mountains, we highly recommend downloading the "Mt. The SAAA "Tucson Attractions Passport" has coupons to almost all of our local attractions. Many places give BOGO coupons for admission. The great thing is, you can look at exactly what discounts are offered before you purchase it! Make a list of what attractions you plan to see while you're here, and then you can decide if it will save you money or not. You can buy a 3-day ($10), 7-day ($16), or annual pass ($22). Most often, if you are two people going to 2 or more points of interest, it will pay for itself easily.
