A SAN FRANCISCO SPOT... well, it's Golden Gate Park! there is so much to see... on foot, with a rented bicycle or buggy-for-four. you can visit a wonderful array of spots in the park, from Stowe Lake (rent one of the paddle boats) to the Conservatory of Flowers (a must-see) to the Japanese Tea Garden (definitely take some time to sit down for a cup of Japanese tea with cookies). the Academy of Sciences and the De Young Museum are also both located in the park. i've spent whole days there before... its' worth it!
