Ocho is a cuban inspired restaurant and bar set underneath Hotel Havana downtown. Park outside Cadillac Lofts on the street for free and walk over about a block. The food is good, the bar underneath is dark and lit only in red light. Check it out, maybe get a reservation.

When I want delicious coffee from a San Antonio roaster, Merit is one of my all-time favorites. Everything is roasted in San Antonio and the shop is a local favorite for good reason. It's also attached to a bike shop. Just a cool vibe.

Theory is a coffee truck that makes kickass coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick. If you need a pick me up on your way to someplace, stop by.
