Wonderful walks in either direction! If you wanted to do some shopping there’s a retail park about 45 mins walk away if you head south but for scenery I’d recommend heading north towards Bollington. You will see historic mills and an imposing viaduct

A short drive away (15 mins) this is a beautiful area for walking and enjoying nature. There's a good pub nearby too (The Leather Smithy)
