Lovely smaller beach easily accessed. Park up and you are just a couple strides and you are on the beach. Good restaurants to eat lunch or evening meal looking across to the lights of Appledore. One of my favourite places on a Summers evening.

Victoria Park, Bideford is a lovely park to spend an afternoon. With there is a bandstand, bowling greens, three children's playgrounds, an outdoor gym, a paddling pool, walking and picnicking. Burton at Bideford, an art gallery and museum with a really good cafe, is located at the park.
