Sister restaurant to the Whitstable Oyster Compnay and more casual, this place is round the back of the harbour, beyond the aggregate factory. It has a nice atmosphere and good food but maybe a bit pricey for what you get.

Also on our to-do list.. sailing on one of the oldest functioning Thames barges, built in 1892. Greta sailing barge sails between May and October, weekday and weekend trips are available. It’s pricey but looks amazing. Book online
