Best fish noodles soup in town (for me) and best of all, no smoking in the restaurant which is the main thing (for me). It's a small setting so during peak hours, it is not surprising that you'll have to wait for a table but believe me, it is worth the wait.

This place is wonderful! I've been there for years. The food is never a let down. The pan is always sizzling and your food will always come out fresh and hot!
The uncle is super friendly. During peak hours, you may have to wait a little but YES it is worth the wait.
The portion is quite big (for me) so sometimes we would even share a sizzling plate and just get extra rice to go with it.
They have tons of stuff on the menu from asian to western and even some amazing desserts. You can look them up on Facebook and Instagram for more information on their hours and special menu as well.

You can also sit out by the boardwalk with the view of the sea just right beside you.
This is right in the heart of the city so it would be best if you take a taxi or grab over because parking is very limited.

This is our famous floating mosque. It is beautiful during the day and night time. During the day, you can really see the reflection of the mosque on the waters whereas at night, the lights that light up the mosque makes it a whole different view.
I would recommend that you take both day and night pictures because it is just simply stunning.

KK's sunsets are one of the best and Tanjung Aru is the closest to the city. You can catch your sunset here while walking by the beach with your toes in the sand and feel the sea breeze.

Tanjung Aru Beach
KK's sunsets are one of the best and Tanjung Aru is the closest to the city. You can catch your sunset here while walking by the beach with your toes in the sand and feel the sea breeze.
It is a long strip and you can easily spend an hour without realizing it. You know what they say, "An ocean breeze puts a mind at ease".

The best mall in KK city is definitely Imago. Every other hour they'll have a traditional dance by the information counter which is located at the main door facing the fountain.
There are tons of branded shops for you to shop around and when you feel hungry, simply choose a restaurant of your choice because they have all kinds of restaurants that will surely fit every appetite.
The traffic coming in and out of the mall is hectic throughout the day so best is to be patient or take a taxi/grab for less hassle.

Free parking is limited. Paid parking is located at the basement. Giant Supermarket offers free parking to customers who spend more than RM50 in a single receipt so perfect for grabbing dinner there while you shop for some groceries.
Besides Imago, Suria is the next best shopping mall in town. There's a Sephora there as well if Imago is too crowded for you. Besides the regular eateries, there's a little bakery on the 3rd floor by City Grocer that has delicious baked goods. I never miss the chance to grab some whenever I'm there.
There's a cinema as well on the 8th floor - GSC Cinemas. It is different from the cinema in Imago and sometimes offers different movies from different countries during their special celebrations.

GSC is located in Suria Sabah mall on the 8th floor. They have the best popcorn and always offers awesome merchandise for huge blockbuster movies.
