Super unique restaurant all homecooked food typically with 3 entrees to choose from and many sides, best homemade cheesecakes this side east of the Mississippi. If you are looking for a catered party, they do it all. One of my most favorite places about 18 miles from top of Snowshoe Mtn.

Weather preperation
Weather on the Mtn. can change quickly in the Slaty fork snowshoe area there can be a 7-degree temperature difference from the top to the bottom of the Mtn. Plan for the season you are coming but always have a raincoat, or warm gear incase. Some form of hiking boots are a great choice for you feet.

Vehicle information
If you are coming to the Mtn. to see the snow or ski you will want to be sure to have 4 Wheel or an All-Wheel drive vehicle. This is a ski resort area and winter does bring snow so be prepared for the unexpected of getting stuck it can happen.
