Fantastic breakfast and lunch food located in old town Longmont. Family run. Family recipes! The homemade jams on the gigantic biscuits are a must :-) I highly recommend the chicken Robichaux, if available, the Zydeco salad, the Eggs Ponchatrain

The best Italian in Colorado! Family run. Many of the pastas are homemade, I highly recommend the manicotti :-) located off the edge of Pearl St., Mall in Boulder, super cute restaurant! One whole glass wall opens to the outside in good weather

Sightseeing
Estes park is a quaint town at the entrance to RMNP. Lots of fun shops of all sorts many of them are unique. Great food, many times you’ll see elk wandering around Lake Estes. Several times a year there’s a festival of some kind held up there in the big park.
Rocky Mountain national Park is a must see! Many places to drive and sightsee with lookouts etc. good hikes are located in several areas I highly recommend going around Bear Lake and the trails that offshoot from there for several miles. The visitor center, at the highest point in the park, is at the very top of Trail Ridge Road and is open memorial day through Labor Day
