As a former Hot Yoga/Pilates Teacher, this is the only studio I would practice at due to their infrared heating panels, PEM flooring and the genuine, compassionate and inspirational family that owns and runs this Buddhaful community gem. Take practice with Karin or grab a coffee with Roy and Samantha, as you check out the local art and share the reading library in this aWesome space.
