Use Google maps to find out what subways to take. They also will tell you if any subway or bus is delayed, what time they are arriving, what’s the schedule of the train and you can choose your departure time or arrival time making you take full advantage of every second instead of waiting around!

Check how much the ride will cost you on Uber (also check Lyft app) and then see if you’re on a street with yellow taxis as the taxis will probably be half the price. You can pay with card, Apple Pay for the taxis too.
